About this role

Wilson Elser's Miami office is seeking a litigation paralegal to support case management across a national firm ranked among the country's largest. You would handle the full spectrum of litigation support work: obtaining and organizing medical records, managing discovery and document productions, conducting records research, and preparing materials for depositions and expert witness review. The role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple cases while maintaining meticulous documentation and case file systems.

To succeed here, you'll need at least two years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally with an insurance defense background. The position requires proficiency in legal research tools and case management software, sharp writing and communication abilities, and comfort working in a fast-paced team environment. A bachelor's degree is required; a paralegal certificate is preferred. You should be someone who thrives on precision and detail while managing substantial volumes of materials efficiently.

This is a full-time, in-office role in Miami that offers a competitive benefits package including 401k matching and generous PTO, along with opportunities for professional development within a large, collaborative firm. If you're looking to build your paralegal career with a stable, well-established national practice, this could be a solid long-term fit.
