WiZiX Technology Group - Field Service Technician
We are looking for a qualified candidate responsible for a full range of repairs and service procedures on copiers/printers. Good communication skills, a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record, and stable work history with verifiable references are required. Some lifting necessary.
Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
- Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base
- Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Developing options to solve unusual problems
- Managing time, resources and territorial considerations
Qualifications:
- Mechanical and Electrical Mindset
- IT literate
- Experience and training with Toshiba, Ricoh, Savin, Kyocera, Brother, Lexmark, and other manufacturers is desired
- Production experience is a plus
- Strong computer knowledge

About this role
WiZiX Technology Group is seeking a hands-on technician to service and repair office equipment across the Fresno area. You'll handle troubleshooting and repairs on copiers, printers, fax machines, and related devices from manufacturers like Toshiba, Ricoh, Kyocera, and Brother. The role requires you to diagnose problems, communicate solutions to customers, and manage your time across a service territory—balancing multiple jobs, resources, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has a mechanical and electrical mindset, strong computer literacy, and ideally some experience with the equipment brands WiZiX supports. A valid driver's license with a clean DMV record is essential, as is a stable work history with verifiable references. You'll need to be comfortable with occasional lifting and capable of solving unusual problems on the fly. Production experience is a plus.
