About this role
Shinola's watch manufacturing operation in Detroit is looking for someone to assemble precision timepieces in a specialized clean-room environment. You'd be working with small, delicate components across multiple watch models—both mechanical and quartz movements—using specialized tools and following detailed procedures. The work demands strong hand-eye coordination, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistent quality while performing repetitive tasks over extended periods. You'll also be responsible for troubleshooting when components need adjustment and supporting continuous improvement efforts on the production floor.

Shinola offers solid benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage with company support, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and paid parental leave. You'll also receive a complimentary Shinola watch after 90 days and access to team member discounts.
