Case Location: Islip, NY
Schedule: Thursdays, Fridays, & Saturdays 8:00 pm-8:00 am | Saturdays 8:00 am-8:00 pm
Patient Type: Pediatric
Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
Pay Rate: RN $48/hour | LPN $38/Hour

Serene Home Nursing Agency is a highly respected, RN-owned Licensed Home Care Services Agency serving families throughout Long Island and the New York metropolitan area for more than 15 years.
We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 care for a patient throughout Long Island. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working in a supportive home care environment.

Qualifications
- Active New York State RN or LPN License
- Current CPR Certification
- Ability to work independently and provide high-quality patient care
- Home care experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
