About this role

Cote Miami's bar back position supports a high-volume Korean steakhouse operation in the Design District, where you'd be central to keeping the bar running smoothly during service. The role combines hands-on prep work—stocking glasses, organizing deliveries, preparing garnishes and mixes—with direct customer interaction, taking orders, serving drinks and food, and clearing tables. You'd work under the bartenders' direction while maintaining inventory, rotating stock responsibly, and ensuring the bar meets health and safety standards.

The position suits someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment who can juggle multiple tasks and stay professional under pressure. You'll need Food Handler's Certification (or be willing to obtain it) and responsible alcohol service certification within six months, plus familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software. Weekend and evening availability is required, and the role demands flexibility to support other areas of the restaurant as needed.

This is part-time work with structured compensation and benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement. The position offers a chance to learn the operations of a respected restaurant concept while developing hospitality skills in a professional setting.
