Liquid Personnel is recruiting a permanent Occupational Therapist to join a specialist school in Windsor.
This is a rewarding term-time only opportunity to work in a therapeutic, education-focused environment where your clinical expertise will empower pupils to thrive both in and beyond the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based OT interventions
- Assess and support pupils with sensory, motor, and functional needs
- Develop and implement individual therapy plans
- Collaborate with education and care teams to embed therapeutic strategies
- Contribute to EHCPs and attend review meetings
- Promote independence and participation in school life
Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN
- Knowledge of sensory integration and functional assessments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and therapeutic best practice
