About this role

Ally Behavior Centers is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join their center-based early intervention program for children with autism ages 18 months to 6 years in Baltimore. You would carry a part-time caseload of young learners, each receiving intensive 1-on-1 ABA therapy alongside occupational and speech services. Your work would involve direct client treatment, quarterly parent training sessions, and close collaboration with speech pathologists and behavior analysts to coordinate care and maximize each child's progress in communication, social skills, and school readiness.

Ally describes their culture as dynamic and supportive, with emphasis on professional growth and shared core values around treatment excellence and serving others.
