Who We Are

EDO is the TV outcomes company. Our leading measurement platform connects convergent TV airings to the ad-driven consumer behaviors most predictive of future sales. By combining immediate engagement signals with world-class decision science and vertical AI, EDO equips industry leaders with syndicated, investment-grade data that aligns media to business results — with detailed competitive, category, and historical insights. Leading brands, agencies, networks, streamers, and studios trust EDO’s TV intelligence to know what works.

EDO is headquartered in New York City and Los Angeles with an office space in San Francisco.

We recognize the benefits of hybrid working, and want to create the best balance to ensure we can continue working together effectively.  For those who reside full-time in NYC, SF, or LA: we have a hybrid work policy of three days in the office and two remote work days.

About this role

EDO is a Series B media analytics company that helps advertisers measure TV's impact on consumer behavior and sales. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer in Los Angeles, you'd build the client-facing platform that presents this data through reports and visualizations—working across React and TypeScript on the frontend, Ruby on Rails and MySQL/Snowflake on the backend, all hosted on AWS. You'd own meaningful projects end-to-end, from collaborating with product teams on new features to scaling APIs and integrating performance improvements alongside the backend team.

This role suits someone with 5+ years of full-stack product engineering experience who can move quickly in a high-ambiguity environment and juggle shifting priorities without losing focus. You should have solid fundamentals in software engineering and be comfortable learning new tools as needed, though the stack is already defined. The position requires in-office presence in Los Angeles (hybrid: three days on-site, two remote for LA residents).

Compensation is $150,000–$180,000 annually plus equity, with standard benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, and commuter benefits. You'd have direct impact on product growth at a nimble stage where engineers wear multiple hats and see their work affect how the advertising industry uses data.
