About this role
This is an entry-level recruitment consultant role at Amoria Group's specialist consultancy business, Coalesce Management Consulting, based in Didsbury, Manchester on a hybrid basis. You'll work with clients in technology, engineering, and energy sectors, building relationships with senior decision-makers to solve their hiring challenges. The work involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial client meetings through to solution delivery—using phone, video, and face-to-face contact. You'll research niche markets, generate new business through negotiation and market insight, and partner with clients on strategic workforce solutions.
The role is designed as a launchpad for ambitious people with sales experience or strong commercial instincts, even if you have no recruitment background. Amoria provides in-house training to develop you into a high-performing consultant. Compensation starts at £26,100 basic with £35–40k on-target earnings (OTE) in Year 1, rising to £70–100k+ OTE in Year 2, with uncapped commission potential—top performers can exceed £200k.
