Welcome to JobMinglr! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

By accessing or using JobMinglr, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization and represent that you have the authority to do so.

By posting User Content, you grant JobMinglr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display your User Content in connection with the Services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos, are the intellectual property of JobMinglr and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or otherwise infringe on our intellectual property rights.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. JobMinglr makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Services or the information, content, or materials included on the Services. You expressly agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall JobMinglr, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JobMinglr and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees,agents, contractors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Services' content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms or your use of any information obtained from the Services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Texas without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Texas, in each case located in Travis County, Texas. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
13. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and JobMinglr regarding the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Services.
- Waiver and Severability: No waiver by JobMinglr of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of JobMinglr to assert a right or provision under these a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
