As one of the first people our customers meet, you will play an important role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring every guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and supported throughout their visit.

Position Overview:
The Guest Services Associate creates a warm and professional environment for customers visiting the dealership. This position welcomes guests, introduces them to the dealership, assists with customer follow-up, and helps maintain clean, comfortable, and well-stocked customer areas.
The Guest Services Associate will also provide administrative and scheduling support, including coordinating drivers for vehicle swaps and contacting customers regarding their sales and service experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide a friendly introduction to the dealership
- Direct guests to the appropriate department or team member
- Contact sales and service customers to follow up on their experience and support Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) efforts
- Help ensure customer questions or concerns are directed to the appropriate manager
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom
- Keep the customer waiting area clean and comfortable
- Stock and maintain the customer café and refreshment areas
- Schedule and coordinate drivers for vehicle swaps
- Communicate scheduling details and changes to the appropriate team members
- Assist with other customer service and administrative duties as needed

Previous customer service, hospitality, reception, or automotive dealership experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person who brings a positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping others.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, including a drug screen for illegal substances
