About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our HR team Atlanta, GA Office in. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process while delivering a high-touch candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define talent profiles, establish recruiting strategies, and lead effective selection processes.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using networking, referrals, direct outreach, social media, and talent communities to source qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, with a focus on critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Assess and qualify candidates to ensure alignment with technical requirements, organizational culture, and long-term potential.
- Coach hiring teams on interview best practices, candidate engagement, and selection decisions.
- Drive offer development and negotiation efforts, partnering with HR and leadership to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Utilize Greenhouse, recruiting platforms, and recruiting metrics to manage workflows, track progress, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support employer branding initiatives by representing the organization through networking events, industry associations, and recruiting campaigns.
- Maintain compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies, and recruiting processes throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience sourcing and hiring talent in competitive markets.
- Strong partnership and consultative skills with hiring managers.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse or other ATS Platforms, sourcing tools, and HR technology.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within construction, engineering, or professional services.
- Success sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
- Experience negotiating offers and closing candidates.
- Knowledge of talent market trends and sourcing strategies.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
