Our Transformation, Change and Delivery (TCD) business unit is looking for experienced Change Consultants, Senior Consultants and Managers to join our growing team. 

Our Transformation, Change and Delivery team supports organisations to navigate and deliver some of their most complex transformations. Our expertise lies in driving measurable business outcomes through pragmatic change delivery, project and programme management, and embedding lasting capability. We work across all industries, partnering with clients to turn strategy into execution, with people, process and technology aligned from day one. This includes helping clients interpret opportunities presented by AI, automation and advanced analytics, test where they can create. 

Given our growing demand we are now looking for Change Practitioners to join our expanding team

What you will be doing

As part of our team, you will play a key role in delivering impactful work shaping and delivering change activity that drives tangible outcomes for our clients, supporting them to deliver their benefits cases.  You will work across a variety of clients and sectors to:

  • Support or lead workstreams on complex change programmes, planning, developing and delivering change initiatives following a structured methodology and change management approaches
  • Support the alignment of change management plans to wider transformation programme plans managing dependencies and change risk
  • Develop and deliver business and people readiness plans supporting or leading a range of activity including:
    • Creating change management strategies
    • Creating change management project and / or programme plans
    • Assessing change impacts and developing and delivering mitigation plans
    • Providing clarity on the implications of AI and automation for roles, skills, ways of working and decision-making
    • Creating and delivering stakeholder aligned communications plans
    • Understanding training needs and developing plans to address training needs
    • Developing and managing change resistance activities
    • Develop and deliver against business and people readiness plans, supporting the governance through to informed go-lives
    • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

  • Support clients to build and develop their own internal capability to enable change that lasts

 
Your skills and experience 
 

  • You will have a passion for ‘Change’ and have demonstrable consulting experience in change management and change delivery, either in a client-facing role or an internal change environment
  • You will be familiar with industry change frameworks and methodologies (e.g APMG, Prosci ) and have a clear understanding of how these are applied to support change delivery
  • You will have led and/or delivered business and people change in complex environments and be able to demonstrate how you delivered tangible change outcomes for your clients
  • You will have experience or an awareness of the practical considerations associated with Digital and AI-enabled change specifically capability build, readiness and adoption
  • You will have experience in, or a desire to develop skills AI sills to solve client change delivery problems and to accelerate delivery
  • You will have experience in or have an awareness of operating model design and implementation
  • You will take ownership of your work and contribute to the development of high-quality deliverables
  • You collaborate well with colleagues and clients, showing strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • You may have experience supporting business development activities or shaping client proposals
  • You will want to actively contribute to the growth of our change practice through supporting internal initiatives
  • You are proactive about your development and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
