Remote position. CST & MST preferred.

Schedule: Friday – Tuesday
Dates: September 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026
Hours: Up to 25 hours per week
Duration: 18-week temporary assignment
Employment Status: Part-time, temporary. This position is not eligible for company benefits or Flexible Time Off (FTO).

Overview

Public Label is looking for an Activation Support Coordinator to support experiential activations across the U.S. This is a remote administrative and operational support role focused on keeping events, staffing, and field teams organized and on track.

The Activation Support Coordinator will monitor upcoming activations, confirm event and staffing details, troubleshoot issues in real time, and maintain accurate information in Public Label's proprietary Event Management Interface (EMI). The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to quickly escalate issues when needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned).

  • Provide administrative and operational support for experiential programs and brand activations across multiple markets.
  • Maintain EMI as the primary source of record by ensuring event details, staffing assignments, schedules, requirements, status updates, and post-event information are accurate and up to date.
  • Review upcoming activations and conduct pre-event confirmation calls with locations and field staff to verify schedules, contacts, requirements, training, and other critical details.
  • Track staffing confirmations and proactively address gaps, including coordinating qualified backup staff when needed.
  • Serve as a point of contact for field staff before and during activations, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and escalating matters that fall outside established guidelines.
  • Respond to event cancellations, postponements, staffing changes, and other last-minute updates by coordinating communication, updating EMI, and documenting required next steps.
  • Troubleshoot event-day issues remotely, including missing materials, incorrect event information, location questions, staffing concerns, and other executional challenges.
  • Maintain clear communication with Account, Field, Operations, Staffing, and Logistics teams regarding event changes, risks, and follow-up needs.
  • Monitor post-event requirements, including recaps, photos, documentation, and reporting, and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Support program calendars, staffing schedules, onboarding and training coordination, field communications, and other administrative needs across National, Regional, and ad hoc programs.
  • Identify recurring field or operational issues and communicate trends and opportunities for improvement to the appropriate manager.

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
    • (Late night & Weekend shifts are mandatory) 
  • Administrative experience with exception attention to detail
  • Experience in field marketing, lifestyle marketing or brand experiences
  • Experience in special event planning and execution
  • 3-5 years being immersed in the community/city you live in
  • Local area residency or the ability to commute into the city regularly
  • Experience with alcohol marketing strongly preferred
  • Organization and problem-solving skills VERY important
  • Estimated 20 - 25 hours per week, Friday - Tuesday

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalency experience is strongly preferred

$25$31.25 USD
