We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product & Tech team and help turn our ambitious roadmap into reality. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager Platform to join our Product & Tech team. You’ll own and create the systems that power many of the experiences we offer - the CRM platform, Payments, the operating system behind our Coach Operations. You won’t run the campaigns, but you’ll own the platform that makes them possible, alongside the foundations behind every booking, every renewal, and every pre- and post-workout experience. You will:

• Continuously assess whether the platform fits the business direction, and propose what to extend, replace, or rebuild.
• Own our core systems and how they connect: CRM, Payments, our Coach Operating System, bookings, and external tooling integrations of our platform.
• Turn new business ideas - vouchers, bonus programs, new mechanics - into viable solutions, including cost, technical, legal, and financial implications.
• Evaluate new capabilities for our platform and decide whether the value justifies the change.
• Translate commercial goals into concrete, sequenced technical paths - and technical constraints into clear business trade-offs.
• Own architecture and build-vs-buy decisions in close collaboration with Engineering, and manage the external vendor interactions.
• Set and prioritize the platform roadmap across Marketing, Operations, Product, and Tech initiatives.
• Understand and reduce the operational cost and friction our systems create for the teams using them.
• Define and track platform outcomes, from failed payments and manual workarounds to launch speed and admin hours saved.
• Help shape pragmatic product-team rituals and ways of working as we grow.

You have: 

• Strong technical fluency -  you understand system architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, and dependencies. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you can work confidently with engineers and challenge technical assumptions. You’re comfortable around system diagrams and create them effortlessly to drive efficient conversation.
• Experience owning interconnected systems - ideally CRM, lifecycle tooling, internal platforms, or similar business-critical infrastructure. You understand that changing one system often has consequences elsewhere and you have a proven track record of restructuring or even replatforming existing infrastructure. You are not specialized in CRM only.
• Strong data fluency - you’ve worked hands-on with data to diagnose problems, understand performance, size opportunities, and make better product and platform decisions.
• Business acumen - you can connect technical decisions to commercial outcomes: revenue, cost, operational effort, risk, and above all: customer impact.
• An AI-native way of working - you use AI naturally to research, analyse, prototype, document, and accelerate your own work.
• An operator mindset - you like getting into how things actually work, turning ambiguity into a plan, making pragmatic trade-offs, and driving work through to implementation. You’re not a perfectionist, but understand that complexity is best broken down into achievable increments.
• Sound technical judgment - you’re comfortable with build-vs-buy decisions, vendor evaluation, and balancing speed today with scalability tomorrow.
• An inert curiosity to grow your scope - you’ve built a solid product foundation and want to grow from owning individual tools or problems into owning an increasingly important platform to power the best user experience we can deliver together.
