As our Pre-Op Hygiene Supervisor, you're not just running a cleaning crew — you're the last line of defence before production fires up, the standard-setter who makes everything else possible. If you take pride in a job done right (even when no one's watching), this is your role.

What you'll actually do
- Own the night. Lead a tight-knit hygiene team through high-impact shifts, building the kind of culture where people take pride in their work and hold each other to a high standard.
- Sign off with confidence. Partner with our QA team to verify pre-op compliance — scheduled cleans, periodic deep-cleans, and everything in between.
- Develop your people. Through mentoring, cross-training, and straight-up good communication, you'll build a crew that runs like clockwork even on the toughest nights.
- Set the tone before the buzzer. Run daily pre-start meetings that get the team sharp, aligned, and ready to go.
- Keep things safe and documented. Manage chemical handling and safety records (via Beakon) so the team goes home in the same condition they arrived.
- Solve problems at the root. When something goes wrong, you don't just patch it — you investigate, contribute to RCAs, and push for real process improvements.
What you bring
- Hands-on leadership experience in food manufacturing, hospitality, aged care, or any hygiene-critical environment
- Solid working knowledge of GMP, sanitation procedures, and chemical safety
- The ability to thrive on fortnightly rotating night shifts, including every second weekend (6 pm – 4 am)
