EOLA Power is Florida’s #1 independent provider of critical UPS service and maintenance. We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative (SDR) to help us connect with new customers and set qualified meetings for our outside sales team.

What You’ll Do

  • Make ~150 outbound calls per day to prospects and existing customers.
  • Set meetings for our outside sales team and help move deals forward.
  • Reconnect with past clients for service check-ins and renewal opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed documentation within CRM, managing various sales opportunities and tracking customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with outside sales and operations to ensure a great customer experience.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and phone skills: confident, clear, and personable.
  • Organized and goal-driven with a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable in a high-volume outbound environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Bonus: Background in technical, industrial, or B2B sales.
