Role Overview  

The Manager, Recruiting will lead daily high-volume recruitment operations to support rapid business expansion across Taiwan. This leader will own end-to-end recruitment delivery, monitor real-time candidate funnels, ensure strict SLA compliance, and lead a team of Recruiting Coordinators. The ideal candidate blends operational rigor with analytical problem-solving to reduce candidate friction and adapt to dynamically shifting headcount targets from Operations.

 

What You Will Do 

  • Hourly & Daily SLA Monitoring: Oversee daily applicant intake workflows to ensure the team consistently achieves the strict 24-hour Apply-to-Contact SLA. Run hourly monitoring to prevent pipeline backlogs.
  • Team Leadership & Performance Coaching: Direct, train, and coach a team of Recruiting Coordinators (callers/screeners). Establish clear daily productivity standards, conduct regular call quality reviews, and drive performance management to ensure all team members hit output and conversion targets.
  • Conversion Funnel & Root-Cause Analysis: Track real-time funnel metrics and conversion rates at each stage of the intake process. Synthesize qualitative feedback from coordinators to deep-dive into candidate drop-off, identify pain points, and execute process improvements that eliminate friction.
  • 7-Day Operational & Scheduling Management: Build and maintain operational workflows to ensure 7-day recruitment and confirmation coverage. Oversee the daily helper scheduling confirmation process for an active workforce of 500+ helpers (and growing) across Taiwan sites.
  • Operations Partnership & Target Calibration: Serve as the primary point of contact for Site Operations leaders. Dynamically adjust site-level hiring targets and coordinator resource allocation in response to real-time volume fluctuations and business demands.

 

Basic Qualifications  

  • High-Volume TA Leadership: 4+ years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, with at least 2+ years leading teams in high-volume, hourly, logistics, retail, or service-industry hiring.
  • Data-Driven & Analytical: Proven ability to analyze recruitment funnels, calculate conversion drop-offs, and conduct structured root-cause analysis to fix operational bottlenecks.
  • Workforce & SLA Management: Experience managing 7-day operational schedules, team shift coverage, and time-sensitive SLAs.
  • Process Optimization: Demonstrated track record of simplifying recruitment workflows, leveraging candidate messaging tools, and improving candidate conversion rates.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to partner effectively with Site Operations and business leaders to align recruitment targets with operational shifts.
