What is a JobMinglr pack?
A one-time purchase that tops up one of the balances your account already has: swipes on the match deck, Quick Apply Points, or Career Tool Tokens. It is not a plan and it does not renew. You buy it once and the balance is yours to spend.
Do I need Premium to buy a pack?
No. Packs work the same on a free account and on Premium, at the same price either way. Premium raises the allowances that refill on their own; a pack adds to whatever you have.
What is the difference between swipes and Quick Apply Points?
They are two different budgets for two different ways of applying. A swipe is an application to a role JobMinglr matched to you on the deck. A Quick Apply Point is for a job you found yourself in search, where JobMinglr sends the application with the profile and résumé already on file instead of handing you the employer's form.
Is searching and applying myself still unlimited?
Yes. Browsing the job board and applying through the employer's own application page is unlimited on every plan and uses no swipes and no points. The metered ways of applying are the ones where JobMinglr does the work.
Do pack balances expire?
No. A pack is a one-time purchase and nothing about it renews or lapses. The balance sits on your account until you spend it.
What happens when my daily allowance resets?
Your included allowance refills on its own: daily for swipes and Quick Apply Points, weekly for career tool tokens. A pack balance is separate from that refill, so it is still there for the days your included allowance does not cover.
Can I buy more than one pack?
Yes. There is no limit on how many you buy, and you can mix the three kinds freely.
Why do career tools cost different numbers of tokens?
A token roughly tracks how much work a tool does. A cover letter or a contact lookup is 1 token; Interview Prep is 3; a full Application Packet, which produces a tailored résumé, letter, screener answers, outreach note and interview questions for one role, is 8.
Can I spend tokens on any career tool?
Tokens are one shared balance across the tools that charge them, so you spend them in whatever mix you like rather than getting an allowance per tool. A few things on the Career Desk, like Career Paths, do not use tokens at all.
Do packs renew automatically?
No. A pack is a single purchase with no subscription attached. If you want more later you buy another one, and if you would rather have a higher allowance every month, that is what Premium is for.
