As the Manager, CRM PL & EE at SharkNinja, you will lead the strategy and execution of customer relationship marketing across Poland and Eastern Europe, with the role based in Warsaw, Poland. Your focus will be on driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value through personalised, data-driven CRM programmes. Working cross-functionally with teams across eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Media, Analytics, Creative, and Commercial, you'll develop and deliver customer-first communications that strengthen brand loyalty and drive commercial performance. This is a unique opportunity to shape the CRM strategy across a growing region and play a key role in SharkNinja's continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the growth and performance of SharkNinja's CRM programme across Poland and Eastern Europe, developing strategies to increase customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Develop and execute data-led customer journeys across email, SMS, push notifications, and other owned channels, ensuring relevant and personalised customer communications.
- Build audience segmentation strategies using customer data and insights to improve targeting, conversion, and customer experience.
- Own the CRM campaign calendar for the region, aligning communications with product launches, seasonal activations, commercial priorities, and brand campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with eCommerce, Media, Category Marketing, Analytics, and Creative teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Lead testing and optimisation initiatives across campaign content, targeting, journeys, frequency, and channel mix to continuously improve performance.
- Monitor key CRM metrics including engagement, retention, repeat purchase, customer lifetime value, and revenue contribution.
- Utilise CRM platforms and analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Support customer database growth initiatives, ensuring best practices for acquisition, consent management, and data quality.
- Work closely with local market and global teams to ensure CRM activity reflects customer behaviours, market opportunities, and business objectives.
- Stay ahead of CRM, personalisation, and customer lifecycle marketing trends to drive innovation and best practice across the region.
- Champion customer-centric thinking throughout the organisation and support knowledge sharing across markets where appropriate.
About You
- Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, or digital marketing, ideally within eCommerce or consumer brands.
- Strong experience developing and executing customer lifecycle and retention strategies across multiple channels.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Klaviyo, Adobe Campaign, or similar tools.
- Experience creating customer segmentation, automation programmes, and personalised marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of customer data, analytics, testing methodologies, and performance measurement.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret insights and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and results-driven approach.
- A motivated self-starter who is ambitious and curious, with a passion for customer experience and continuous improvement.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and markets.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Polish required; additional Eastern European language skills are advantageous.
