This role is focused on owning enterprise value realization, ROI validation, and post-implementation benefit assurance. Reporting to the CSVO.

Analyze ROI and EBITDA impact.
Validate benefits with Finance.
Monitor post-implementation value.
Escalate value leakage.
Ensure initiatives deliver promised value.
Prevent value erosion.
