Build business cases and secure buy-in from senior stakeholders
Analyze data in Excel and automate dashboards and reports for the team
Prepare and present executive-ready decks and insights to leadership
Build tools that improve team productivity and efficiency
Support local teams on commercial development and program/operations improvement
Represent the region as an ambassador to other internal teams
What you’ll Need to Succeed:
5+ years in program/project management (PMO), operations, or strategy, leading complex programs end-to-end
Strong project-structuring skills — turn ambiguous problems into clear plans, workstreams, and milestones
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable working with data
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Working knowledge of SQL and a data visualization tool (Tableau, Superset, or Metabase)
Comfortable utilizing AI to improve work efficiency, quality and output
Some business development or commercial experience
Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese to work with countries in Greater China, Malaysia and Singapore
