PROPERTY SNAPSHOT
63 Wall Street is a 476-unit, full-block rental community combining two landmarked pre-war buildings in the Financial District — a 37-story tower and a 25-story wing. The property offers roughly 10,000 sq ft of amenity space, including a resident-only speakeasy lounge, a multi-level fitness center, golf simulator, children's playroom, library, business center, and a roof deck with skyline views. It sits steps from the Wall St and Broad St subway stations (2, 3, 4, 5, J, Z), near Brookfield Place and the South Street Seaport.
WHY THIS ROLE
- Run a landmark asset in one of Manhattan's most iconic and high-visibility submarkets — steps from the Financial District's transit hub, dining, and waterfront.
- Direct ownership access: this seat reports to Regional leadership and works hand-in-hand with ownership, not buried under layers of management.
- Real career runway: Twin Pines is actively growing across NYC, and Area Directors here get exposure to high-level strategy, not just day-to-day site operations.
- This seat carries real financial ownership — budgets, forecasting, and variance are core to the role, not an afterthought, so it's a strong fit for a financially strong operator looking to be evaluated on the numbers.
