The Engineering Specialist supports the design, optimization, testing, and lifecycle management of defense-sector systems, equipment, and infrastructure. This role works closely with senior engineers and project managers to execute engineering tasks with precision and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing technical designs, schematics, and prototypes

• Conduct field tests, performance evaluations, and equipment diagnostics

• Review technical documents, specifications, and safety requirements

• Coordinate with manufacturing and construction teams for project integration

• Support failure analysis, troubleshooting, and system optimization

• Maintain documentation required for compliance with defense standards

• Ensure engineering projects meet performance, cost, and timeline goals
