What We Offer
- Competitive compensation package with a base salary of $120,000–$150,000 (based on your mutually agreed-upon schedule), plus 22% ProSal bonuses.
- A brand-new hospital equipped with top-of-the-line equipment, with the opportunity to influence the design and setup as we build it out!
- Open to full-time or part-time candidates.
- Flexible work schedule; preference for those open to aligning with hospital hours of 8:00 AM–5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays.

What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate care for pets and their people.
- Physical examinations, wellness care, and preventive medicine for dogs and cats.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions using evidence-based veterinary medicine.
- Develop personalized preventive healthcare and vaccination plans.
- Perform routine soft tissue surgeries and/or dental procedures.
- Partner with pet owners to educate them on treatment options, nutrition, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through compassionate communication and medical expertise.
- Foster a positive, collaborative hospital culture that supports teamwork, learning, and exceptional patient care.
