Job Title: Armed Security Guard - Driving Pay Rate: $20.50 - $21.00 Location: Coachella, California Available Job Shifts: Saturday - Sunday: Day Shift (06:00 - 14:00) + Monday - Thursday: Swing Shift (17:00 - 23:00) Friday: Swing Shift (17:00 - 23:00) + Saturday - Sunday: Swing Shift (14:00 - 22:00) + Monday - Tuesday: Grave Shift (23:00 - 06:00) FLSA Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt Job Overview Absolute International Security is seeking highly professional security guards responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, visitors, and property.

This role requires a customer-service focused demeanor, a neat and tidy appearance, along with the ability to perform regular patrols, monitor access points, respond to incidents, and provide a visible security presence.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a visible deterrent to prevent rule violations, unsafe behavior, or criminal activity Perform thorough routine armed driving patrols of the assigned area including of municipal facilities and surrounding areas Monitor entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles Control access points and maintain visitor/vendor logs Observe and report suspicious activities, safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or policy violations Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation Communicate effectively over radio, phone, or in person with supervisors, dispatchers, and clients Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and disturbances Assist in evacuations and emergency procedures as required Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance at all times Maintain authorized less-than-letahal equipment in compliance with company standards Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment for all Ability to drive a company patrol vehicle in a safe and defensive manner for driving positions Follow post orders, site protocols, and all relevant company procedures

Minimum Qualifications

Must be at least 26 years old for driving positions Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and additional client

Requirements

Ability to pass MVR driving
