Key Responsibilities

: Drafting sophisticated estate planning documents. Responsibility for development and implementation of strategies tax and estate planning techniques with minimal supervision. Administration of estates including direct contact with clients, preparation of estate tax returns and tax planning.

Substantial direct contact with clients and other professions. Research relating to complex and innovative tax matters.

Qualifications

JD from a law school; LL.M. in Taxation or candidate for LL.

M. in Taxation preferred. Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey; Admission to practice in New York and/or Florida is a plus.

3+ years of experience in estate planning and estate administration including drafting sophisticated estate planning documents.
