WHAT YOU'LL DO

Help build out and lead a formalized critical care service — developing protocols and case-management standards in collaboration with our ER and specialty teams Manage complex and critical patients requiring advanced monitoring, stabilization, and intervention Effectively communicate and work with staff members in a positive team driven approach to maximize patient care and client satisfaction Communicate with referring veterinarians Participate in ongoing professional development. Our specialists work closely with developing doctors through mentorship — including our structured EDGE program, which offers ER doctors hands-on and didactic rotations through specialty services.
