About The Role
The SVP, Private Client Relationship Manager serves as a trusted advisor to clients while driving growth through new business development and referral partnerships. This role delivers comprehensive wealth management solutions that may include trust, investment, estate planning, retirement, insurance, and workplace wealth services. Success in this position comes from building deep client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and helping clients navigate complex financial decisions.
What You’Ll Do
Acts as a trusted advisor, building relationships with clients and referral partners to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions, including trust, investments, estate planning, retirement planning, insurance, and workplace wealth services. Develops new business through networking, prospecting, community involvement, and strategic referral partnerships. Provides an exceptional client experience by guiding relationships from discovery through implementation and ongoing service.
Analyzes clients' financial circumstances and recommends tailored wealth management strategies aligned with their goals. Identifies and delivers creative, compliant solutions for complex financial planning and wealth legacy needs. Coordinates client onboarding, documentation, and implementation processes with accuracy and efficiency.
Meets or exceeds revenue, asset growth, and client acquisition goals. Maintains a strong presence in the community and cultivates a network of professional advisors and centers of influence. Stays current on wealth management trends, fiduciary

10–15 years of wealth advisory, planning, business development, and banking experience preferred. Knowledge of wealth management, trust, investment, retirement, insurance, and estate planning solutions. Understanding of fiduciary
