Responsibilities
: Manage the end-to-end execution of sponsorship programs, including sponsorship agreements, fulfillment activities, and onsite readiness. Review sponsorship prospectuses, packages, and fulfillment
: Attend regular internal practice community meetings. Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership. Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice. Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual). Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
Requirements
to ensure accurate execution across assigned events. Serve as the primary operational point of contact for sponsors, responding to inquiries via email, calls, webinars, and collaboration platforms. Coordinate sponsorship agreements, payment tracking, and related communications while maintaining accurate documentation and status reporting.
Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver sponsorship assets, exhibitor resources, and branded event materials. Monitor sponsorship deliverables, track fulfillment progress, and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and event leadership. Support post-event reporting, sponsor feedback collection, and continuous process improvements while ensuring compliance with established corporate policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
and Skills: Proven experience in event marketing with a focus on sponsorship management and execution. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple sponsorships and events simultaneously. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience supporting sponsors through email, calls, webinars, and real-time event communications. Strong attention to detail with experience tracking sponsorship deliverables, deadlines, and fulfillment across multiple platforms. Experience coordinating event logistics, vendor relationships, and sponsorship fulfillment activities.
Basic financial acumen, including payment tracking and reporting. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and operations. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively resolve operational issues.
Preferred Qualifications
and Skills: Experience supporting technology or B2B marketing events. Experience with sponsorship operations, exhibitor management, or large-scale event coordination. Familiarity with event management platforms, CRM systems, registration platforms, and project management tools.
Certification in event management or marketing (e.g., CMP, CMM).
Understanding of marketing and sales alignment to support sponsorship fulfillment. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
