What We'Re Looking For
: Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) Graduate of an accredited Veterinary Technician program Active CVT credentials and successful completion of the VTNE Previous veterinary technician experience required Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Passion for mentorship, teamwork, and patient advocacy Experience or interest in surgery, dentistry, anesthesia, rehabilitation, acupuncture, or laser therapy is a plus ✨ Bonus Points If You: Love mentoring and coaching newer team members Thrive in busy, fast-paced environments Balance leadership with compassion Bring positive energy—even on the craziest days Are passionate about gold-standard patient care and exceptional medicine 💖
