Come be part of a team that is changing lives every day. The Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) to join our team. This role is integral in supporting both patients and providers, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and compassionate care.

Responsibilities (Include But Are Not Limited To)

: Prepare and stock exam rooms to ensure readiness for patient care Room patients, check vital signs, and assess patient needs to communicate effectively with providers Assist providers with procedures and patient care as needed Administer injections, perform EKGs, and coordinate referrals Triage patient phone calls, review test results, manage pharmacy calls, and review medications Complete patient documentation accurately and in a timely manner within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Perform point-of-care lab testing, prepare specimens, and maintain compliance with CLIA standards Communicate effectively with patients, families, coworkers, and external partners to support patient care and outcomes Ensure adherence to clinical standards including OSHA, CLIA, ADA, and VFC program

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

: Certified (CMA) or Registered (RMA) Medical Assistant Graduate of an accredited ABHES or CAAHEP Medical Assistant program High school diploma or equivalent required American Heart Association BLS certification required Knowledge of standard clinical, lab, and medical procedures Computer literacy and accurate data entry skills required Familiarity with VFC, CHIRP, and VOMS systems strongly preferred Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an ambulatory care setting preferred Why You’ll Love Working Here Purpose-driven work that directly impacts access to care across our communities Robust
