This role is responsible for union reporting, reconciliations, audits, and onboarding to ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) and accuracy in payroll-related data.
The ideal candidate brings strong payroll experience, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit accurate and timely union reports in accordance with CBAs. Reconcile union reports to payroll and investigate discrepancies. Support union audits, including documentation, responses, and issue resolution.
Manage union employee setup, classifications, and rate maintenance.
