About The Role
Broadway Ventures is hiring a Call Center / Customer Service Representative to support a high-priority, short-term outreach effort on a Medicaid healthcare program. This is a "white glove" service role — not high-volume commodity call center work. You'll be assigned your own cases and own them through completion: reaching out to healthcare providers, guiding them through enrollment and revalidation steps, and helping clear a processing backlog.
It's a fast-paced, higher-touch role for people who take pride in following a case all the way to the finish line. S. citizenship.
What You'Ll Do
Manage assigned provider enrollment and revalidation cases from start to completion Conduct outbound calls to providers and respond to inbound questions Guide providers through enrollment/revalidation
