Exposure to staffing/resource allocation, headcount planning, labor costs, or workforce-related financial planning is highly valued.
Experience with NetSuite or a comparable commercial ERP system . Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets , including pivot tables, lookups, and financial analysis. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
