As the subject-matter expert for origination, loan sales, and deal management, you will translate buy-side and sell-side lending practices into intuitive solutions and partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Implementation, Sales, and Client Success from discovery through launch.

About the Job Loan syndication platforms facilitate the sharing of syndication and participation deals and collaboration among financial institutions throughout the loan process, from origination to closing and servicing. The platform must meet the needs of financial institution users while promoting standardization across deal types. As the Senior Product Specialist, you will serve as the subject-matter expert for Lamina’s Origination capabilities, helping define how the platform supports loan origination, deal structuring, and distribution.

You will partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to translate real-world lending practices into intuitive product capabilities. We seek a candidate with deep expertise in loan syndication and participation processes, particularly upfront loan sales, relationship management, and deal origination. Financial-services software product experience is preferred; at minimum, you should have worked directly with technical teams and understand the software development lifecycle.
