Xyla is seeking Healthcare Assistants to support a busy Endoscopy Service in partnership with Portsmouth NHS Trust. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will help deliver safe, high-quality patient care throughout the endoscopy pathway.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and admit patients for procedures. Record baseline observations and check paperwork. Support patient comfort, dignity, and wellbeing.

Assist nurses and clinicians during procedures. Escort patients to and from procedure and recovery areas. Support patients in recovery and provide basic care.

Maintain clean clinical areas and stock supplies.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant in a clinical setting. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A patient-focused approach and commitment to high-quality care.
