Responsibilities

Execute a cadence of regular check-ins with team leaders to improve team performance and increase team talent density. Champion Inclusion efforts and provide support for initiatives aimed at fostering an inclusive culture.
Partner with talent acquisition to devise workforce planning strategies and assist with internal mobility and succession planning.
