Vixxo is seeking a full-time, Senior Customer Support Representative to be based in Oakbrook Terrace, IL or Dallas, TX. THE ROLE The Senior Customer Service representative is the liaison between the customer and Vixxo, demonstrating in every interaction that they have a thorough understanding of the client’s facility and asset management needs. This role is an exciting starting point for building a career within Vixxo.

Requirements

Provide effective and proactive communication to the customer regarding the status of services, time estimations and cost.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 1-year experience providing excellent customer service Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Outlook, and Excel; Siebel experience a plus Experience with facilities maintenance is a plus.
