We’re looking for an Associate General Counsel, Corporate to spearhead Webflow's corporate legal function, with an emphasis on corporate governance, public company readiness, and strategic transactions.

You’ll play a critical role supporting Webflow’s continued high-rate growth and maturation, balancing legal compliance with a calibrated business mindset.

United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States) Zone A: $240,000 - $300,000 Zone B: $225,000 - $282,000 Zone C: $211,000 - $264,000 This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level.

Requirements

across all jurisdictions M&A Support: Lead legal due diligence, negotiate transaction documents, and manage post-acquisition integration from a legal perspective Corporate Transactions: Negotiate and draft complex commercial agreements, financing documents, and other strategic transactions Public Company Readiness: Drive Webflow’s public company readiness, including due diligence coordination and working with external counsel. Employment and Litigation: Lead our internal employment function, as well as our litigation efforts as they may arise Securities and SOX Compliance: Develop and implement securities law compliance program and insider trader policies.

: JD degree with at least one active bar membership 10+ years of relevant experience, with experience at a nationally-recognized law firm (required), and ideally a mixture of late stage private and public company experience Experience with securities laws, corporate governance, M&A transactions, SEC reporting
