JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking an Integration/CDS Engineer who will be responsible for the development, configuration control, deployment, and testing of Radiant Mercury configurations (including rules), with a primary emphasis on Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) integration. This role supports CDS implementation, configuration, maintenance, installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and development lab integration activities. SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Develop, configure, deploy, and test Radiant Mercury configurations and rules.
Support Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) integration, implementation, configuration, and maintenance activities. Perform CDS installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting in accordance with program configuration management processes. Travel to remote locations as required to support CDS deployments and maintenance.
Assist with integrating JEMINI Lab test suites in the development lab. Support software development personnel with the investigation and resolution of issues. Develop configurations to support testing and prototype systems.
Create and modify scripts to perform data analysis of input, internal, and output message data. Troubleshoot test and prototype issues. Develop troubleshooting procedures and workaround documentation.
Review and provide feedback on system specifications, development documentation, test documentation, and network documentation. Represent the Integration team as required. Automate scripting processes used to configure and maintain remote hosts.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Effective communicator with strong writing and presentation skills. Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Visio. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently on large field projects.
Network management and monitoring systems experience. Understanding of standard DoD security practices, including STIG compliance and system accreditation implementation efforts.
