The Senior QA Engineer is an integral member of an Engineering squad, analyzing and testing a high quality Vestmark product suite.

Required Skills & Experience: 5-10+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience, ideally with a focus in financial technology or a related domain Strong web service and API testing experience — you are comfortable designing and executing tests at the REST API layer, reading API specs, and diagnosing failures Experience working with a team of Software QA Engineers in both manual and automated testing Microsoft SQL Server or similar DB experience; you should be able to retrieve and manipulate data to support test validation Experience working with tools such as Jira, Zephyr, Bitbucket, GitHub, Jenkins, and Docker Demonstrated problem-solving ability — you don't stop at "it failed"; you dig in, connect the dots, and drive issues to resolution Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn, grow professionally, and have a positive impact on the company, its culture, and its products A genuine ownership mentality — you take initiative without being prompted and take pride in the quality of your work Desired Skills: Experienced in using AI tools, such as Claude Code, for all aspects of the QA practice.
