Why you’re here As a senior designer you will lead innovative design projects that transform workplaces and labs for a diverse range of clients, including those in the Life Science and Corporate sectors.

As a key player in Unispace’s design team, you will collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-impact, functional, and beautiful spaces. Your leadership, creativity, and passion for design will help elevate Unispace’s reputation while mentoring and inspiring the next generation of designers. You’ll drive our mission of creating workplaces that foster innovation, collaboration, and growth, while contributing to a culture of equality and inclusivity.

What you’re responsible for Lead a variety of exciting projects, from large-scale to smaller initiatives. Work closely with clients, providing support and solutions to assist their internal teams. Collaborate with your Design Principal and all members of the Unispace team to ensure our methodology is implemented throughout the entire project life cycle.

Communicate effectively with clients, designers, consultants, and technical and construction teams to exceed client expectations. Lead project teams in managing all aspects of design work, including preparing drawings, finish boards, and full documentation. Transform and refresh workplaces and labs for a diverse range of clients.
