THE ROLE VP of Operation is a high-impact role that brings together Business Operations, Data, and AI Transformation under one unified leadership charter. This is a seat at the senior leadership table, a direct partnership with the CEO, and a mandate to build the systems, processes, and AI-powered infrastructure that will take Torq from hypergrowth to market leader. You will drive cross-functional operational excellence and build the scalable infrastructure required for the hypergrowth torq is at.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

8-15+ years of progressive operations experience, including 3+ years in a VP or senior leadership role at a fast growing B2B SaaS company. Background in cybersecurity or enterprise security software.
