About The Role
Underdog is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help drive how we bring new products, features, and sport tentpole moments to life for our users. This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and creative, owning positioning, launch strategy, and lifecycle marketing across our fantasy sports and prediction market offerings. You'll partner closely with Product, Data, Creative, and Growth teams to turn what we build into stories and campaigns that drive adoption, engagement, and retention.
This is a high-visibility role for someone who is genuinely obsessed with sports and understands the fantasy sports / prediction market space from the inside.
Who You Are
6+ years of marketing experience, with a track record in product marketing, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing Genuine sports interest and fluency, you follow multiple sports closely and understand fan/bettor behavior and culture Fantasy sports and/or prediction market experience is a must, whether from working in the industry, or as a deeply engaged player/user who understands the mechanics, terminology, and what drives engagement Strong project management skills, comfortable owning multiple launches/campaigns simultaneously with tight sport-calendar deadlines Experience translating data and user insights into marketing strategy Excellent written and verbal communication; able to flex tone across channels and audiences Comfortable operating cross-functionally in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment Even Better If You Have Experience marketing regulated products (sports betting, DFS, or similar) Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Intercom, or AppsFlyer A personal history of playing fantasy sports or prediction markets competitively Our targ
