ROLE OVERVIEW The Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Supervisor is a key field-based leadership role, working closely with all functions of the business. This position is expected to spend a minimum of 80% of working time in operational areas, providing visible leadership, engaging directly with supervisors, crews, contractors, and frontline workers, and verifying that critical controls are effectively implemented and maintained.

The role is responsible for providing leadership in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Health, Safety and Environmental systems, programs, and performance.
