This leader will oversee multiple engineering teams responsible for LIMS and laboratory pipelines & tools, including pipelines supporting secondary analysis such as sequence data processing, variant calling, data transformation, and quality control. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our platform, driving cross-functional collaboration, and delivering solutions that directly impact patient care.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Bioinformatics, or a related field 12+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership of multiple teams or organizations Proven experience building and scaling enterprise systems in laboratory, healthcare, or other regulated environments Direct experience with LIMS platforms and secondary analysis pipelines (e.g., sequence data processing, variant calling, annotation workflows, or similar data-intensive pipelines) Strong understanding of data engineering principles, workflow orchestration, and distributed systems Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., CLIA, CAP, FDA or equivalent) with a strong understanding of quality and compliance
