About The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled Application Operations Engineer to join our growing Tech team. This is not a traditional support role. You’ll be at the heart of our transition from Application Support to modern Application Operations (AppOps) — owning application reliability, driving automation, and ensuring our systems run smoothly at scale.

A key part of this role is Identity & Access Management , where you’ll leverage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) to deliver secure, automated, and scalable access to business-critical applications. If you enjoy solving complex problems, automating processes, and working across teams to improve systems end-to-end — this role is for you.
