Responsibilities

Lead complex failure analysis and engineering investigations, providing technical direction and ensuring high-quality, defensible outputs Serve as a subject matter expert in areas such as Fluid Dynamics, Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer, and Combustion Oversee laboratory testing, computational analysis, and field investigations Act as a primary client interface, communicating complex technical findings clearly to clients, counsel, and non-technical stakeholders Support and, where appropriate, serve as an expert witness, including preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials Manage multiple engagements, including scope, budget, timelines, and risk Mentor junior professionals and contribute to team development and technical excellence Drive business development, including proposal development, client relationship expansion, and market visibility

Requirements
