Marketing Operations Manager – FX & CFDs

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing global workforce at ThinkMarkets. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, campaign delivery, workflow optimisation, and cross-functional alignment across our global marketing teams and brands.

You will work closely with regional marketing, product, compliance, sales, and creative teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, visibility across workflows, and consistent delivery across multiple regions and channels within the Forex and CFD industry.

Requirements

5+ years’ experience within Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, or Marketing Delivery roles within FX, CFDs, fintech, or financial services Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field Strong experience managing workflows, stakeholder coordination, and campaign delivery across global teams Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, dashboards, reporting tools, and marketing workflows Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience working across multiple regions and time zones within a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Understanding of trading platforms, financial products, and the Forex/CFD industry Exposure to AI and automation tools within marketing operations is advantageous
